A player from Server 1074 held out his hand: “Big shot, can I shake your hand? Let me rub off some of your good luck.”

His teammate, who had been standing quietly to the side the whole time, couldn’t help but say when he saw this, “Everyone who sees this gets a share—I want a piece of the action, too.” 

Qiyu：？

He looked puzzled at the players, each holding out a hand and looking at him expectantly. He turned to look at Dan Xingyu. 

Dan Xingyu cleared his throat: “If you don’t want to, you don’t have to pay them any mind.” It wasn’t that he didn’t want to, though.

Qiyu reached out and shook hands with each of them.

“I’m not even going to wash my hands today,” said the player from Zone 1074 with a beaming smile. Then, clasping his hands together, he made a devout wish: “I hope the survival game will love me as much as Big Brother I Love Survival Game does.” 

【This top-ranked player from Zone 1074 is kind of funny.】

【You’ve changed. You used to call people “suck-ups” in the zone chat, but now you’re suddenly the “Big Brother” of the game.】

【Bro Pig, first off, you lost from the very beginning. As it stands, the “Suck-up Big Shot” isn’t actually a suck-up—he and the survival game are a mutual match. But you’re a different story; the survival game probably wouldn’t give a pig the time of day.】

After shaking hands with Qiyu, they turned their attention to Dan Xingyu. “Hey, you handsome guy from Zone 88, want to shake hands?” This is a future Dragon Knight!

If I can’t get my hands on the little golden dragon, patting its owner isn’t so bad either. Since I’m already here, I might as well make the most of it.

Dan Xingyu: “…I’ll have to pass, thanks.”

Later, players from Team 3 also rushed over to introduce themselves and ask to shake hands with Qiyu. Qiyu shook hands with them. 

Someone couldn’t help but ask, “Hey, gaming pro, how did you unlock that reputation leaderboard? Does the survival game have an ‘Exploration Mode’ besides Survival Mode?”

Qiyu replied, “That’s not really a game mode—it’s a feature of one of my items.” 

With that answer, the player didn’t press the issue: “I figured as much. If it were a new mode, it’s impossible that no other player would have discovered it all this time.” 

Soon, the players riding the hot air balloons began arriving one after another.

Everyone’s eyes were drawn to the glittering golden podium.

The host clapped his hands: “Let’s congratulate all the players who made it to the finish line! Now, please welcome the top three teams by points in this roundto  come up and receive their awards!”

One player couldn’t help but ask, “Didn’t you say earlier that only the first-place team would get a reward?”

“That’s right,” said the Big Rabbit without a hint of hesitation, speaking in a booming voice. “There’s only one Holiday Gift Box as a reward—it belongs to the first-place team! But the honor of coming up on stage to receive the award goes to all three top-ranked teams!” 

The top three teams: “……”

They weren’t exactly eager for this honor. But as they say, since they were already there… 

The second- and third-place teams were, respectively, the Deep Sea Abyss group—which included the Mermaid player—and the Underground Grasslands group—which included the player who had just become the sixth-ranked player in Server 1074.

【I suddenly realized that the other two groups seemed to be made up of teams from various character groups within the region. Only the “Game” group was formed using their own ID.】 Eleven teams from three groups stood on the gleaming golden podium.

Shimmering golden ribbons rained down.

By saying that, he was implying it wasn’t convenient to reveal the details.

Everyone knew that if it were some kind of good item or piece of gear, the other person wouldn’t feel obligated to tell them, so they tactfully refrained from asking any further questions.

【Aaaah, so what is it exactly? They’re keeping us in the dark at the most crucial moment.】

【If it’s a really powerful item, the big shot does have every right not to say anything, right?】

【Teasing us like this is no fun.】

But Big Rabbit didn’t say anything. Just as he was about to ask another question, he noticed the players around him turning into white light, one by one. He, too, was enveloped by a beam of white light.

For this server-wide event, if the first-place rewards for each arena are the same, this portal might not necessarily be practical for many winning teams.

He and God Has No Form had known each other before and were good friends.

For the vast majority of players, however, this is their first time meeting in the arena; they form teams on the fly and are essentially strangers to one another. Given that kind of relationship, who would feel comfortable letting someone into their territory? 

If, during this Speed Carnival, the player teamed up with him wasn’t Dan Xingyu, this teleportation gate would likely be useless in Qiyu’s hands.

Qiyu selected “Confirm.”

So, if it’s placed outside the territory, anyone can come and go freely? Qiyu looked around and placed the portal under the large tree by the treehouse.

The portal’s default appearance is that of a full-length mirror, but it can also be hidden.

So, would God Has No Form emerge from the mirror? If it were hidden, would it look like he was popping out of the tree trunk?

Qiyu imagined that scene and thought it would be pretty funny, so he casually hid the mirror and then stared at the tree trunk. 

As long as I go in here, I can get to District 88.

I can see God Has No Form’s grand palace and even explore the desert. However, it’s almost getting dark today.
