Qi Yu casually tapped to open the region chat, but was so startled by the channel flooded with people calling others “Dad” that he quickly logged out. 

Even with the divine background and all the buildup, he still couldn’t quite get used to the Earth people’s custom of calling everyone “Dad.” 

He opened the “01 Survival Squad” group chat:

【Dare Not Open My Eyes: I knew it—every time a top player goes a few days without showing up, it means they’re pulling off a big stunt.】

【Need A Little Money To Save Me: This is huge—it’s like they’ve been hiding a nuclear bomb all along.】 

【Tranquility Yields Transcendence: I’d guessed before that there might be a way to contact the outside world, but I never imagined they’d actually explored so many places.】Qi Yu suddenly received a private message:

No matter how impressive a “gaming legend” might seem to outsiders, in his mind, this was a child far younger than himself. The first thing that came to his mind was the sacrifices this child must have made behind the scenes to achieve such success.

Qi Yu had originally planned to exit the friends page, but after hesitating for a moment, he added one more line:

As Dan Xingyu read this reply—which was clearly a half-beat late—it was as if he could see the local player on the other end racking his brain to comfort him.

The person who had originally just wanted to play the victim suddenly wondered if they’d gone a bit too far.

Both of these things were different from what Qi Yu had imagined.

The resource points he had previously obtained—such as the Crimson Maple Forest and the Emerald Crystal Peach Grove—were all places that produced supplies on a consistent basis.

There was also a small lake that produced one blue-quality resource every day and allowed for fishing. 

He assumed the reward this time would be similar.

The farmhouse was a small, square building. Qi Yu placed it next to the well and the plot of land where he was growing the mutated plants.

Qi Yu waited a moment but noticed no changes and saw no sign of the two “farmer NPCs.” Suppressing his doubts, he placed the Tree of Life beside the small lake. 

The moment the Tree of Life was planted, rich magical elements and the power of life filled the entire domain.

Qi Yu looked up; the entire tree stood about ten meters tall. Judging by its appearance alone, it was strikingly beautiful yet lacked any distinctive features.

However, to a mage’s eye, the entire tree seemed to be composed almost entirely of various magical elements, and at its core, the life force was so dense it seemed almost tangible.

He couldn’t help but walk to the foot of the tree and take a deep breath. 

Both his body and mind seemed to find solace in this moment, and his consciousness was crystal clear. If he practiced meditation under this tree, surely he could achieve twice the result with half the effort, right? 

He was the first to forget what he had said earlier.

And the “Farmhouse” also seems perfectly suited to his Farmer class.

As Teacher Tranquility mentioned earlier, the “Iron Beetle” he obtained from a resource point is also helpful for crafting weapons and equipment.

Although some people were making fun of it, you have to admit that Little Old Me’s few lines successfully piqued everyone’s curiosity. Especially since it also involved the region’s top big spender, I Love Survival Game.
